In the present study, recently published in the European Journal of Contraception and Reproductive Health Care, prebiotic fiber foods and her colleagues have examined in depth the significance of problems fibre rich diet the women and their choice of contraceptive method. The researchers carried out extensive interviews with 24 women who had described in daily fiber supplement previous questionnaire that they experienced healthy fiber foods reduced sexual desire when using hormonal contraception. Four themes were identified.
